How to read this analysis

A pair scores 90% when they made the same recorded choice on 90 of every 100 votes both took part in. Absences are excluded. A percentage without its sample size can mislead, so every row shows shared votes and the two legislatures are kept separate.

Jersey: current political term

The official States Assembly feed currently contains 2 electronic decisions since 7 June 2026. That is below the five-shared-choice threshold, so no percentage ranking is published yet.

Manifestos and voting

The tracker does not automatically label a vote as fulfilling or breaking a manifesto promise. A defensible pledge-to-vote comparison needs an explicit, directional pledge and a proposition that directly tests it. Topic overlap alone is not enough, so the site publishes the underlying manifestos and vote similarity without inventing a “promise kept” score.

Similarity is descriptive, not a performance or ideological rating. Unanimous or procedural votes can make many records look alike.
